Also by default it has a quite long delay that requires waiting too long to see the link. Generally it should work quite reasonably by using such customization: (customize-set-variable 'help-at-pt-display-when-idle '(htmlize-link)) (customize-set-variable 'help-at-pt-timer-delay 0.1)
