bug#44198: 28.0.50; theme in the list, even if I have deleted the package

Oh, I did not notice it. I was like git pulling each in a while, and
it seems I installed that theme in about same time when it was
included and then deleted it and then it could not be deleted, I have
grepped through .emacs.d/* and did not find any trace of it, it was so
strange. Funny.
