If the code might still be useful for future developments, I could add
it as an `externals/mw` branch in elpa.git but since it uses an outdated
API it wouldn't be worthwhile to release an actual GNU ELPA package for
it (i.e. I'd set the "Version:" to 0 to prevent building a package).

How does it compare to the current `mediawiki-el`?
