When doing an M-x list-timer I see entries like 5.00 in the repeat column.
It's apparently the repeat time in minutes.
I also see a timer of mine which repeats every 30 seconds and it is displayed
with a repeat value of 0.00
If the repeat is displayed as a floating point value then shouldn't it say 0.5 for a
timer with 30 seconds repeat?
