Hi there,

The following snippet throws an error:

  $ emacs -Q --batch -l seq --eval "(seq-concatenate 'list '(1 2 3) '(4 5 6))"
  Symbol’s function definition is void: cl-concatenate

Should seq.el require cl-extra?
