If the MIME part doesn't have a specified file name, then I don't think
Emacs can usefully suggest anything as a default name, and it's kinda
un-emacsey. If you've opened a buffer and activated html-mode, `C-x
C-w' doesn't suggest "Untitled.html" as a file name, but leaves that up
to the user.
