bug#34045: 26.1; ada-mode 6.0.0 Constraint_Error when opening a nonexistent file

If you open an Ada file (which loads ada-mode) then
C-x C-f nonexistent.adb, emacs creates a buffer in ada mode for the
nonexistent file (but does not create the file just yet, of course).
This results in:

Error running timer ‘which-func-update’: (error "Error in 
which-func-update: (error \"unhandled exception: CONSTRAINT_ERROR: 
gen_emacs_wisi_lr_text_rep_parse.adb:149 index check failed\")")
