bug#32066: 27.0; add index entries for `eval-defun' for non-Edebug |

The only index entry for `eval-defun' is for Edebug. Please add entries
to nodes `Defining Variables', `Variable Definitions', and `Defining
Faces'. Its use goes beyond just Edebug.
In GNU Emacs 27.0.50 (build 3, x86_64-w64-mingw32)
