* Create directories ./x/, ./x/a/ and ./y/
* Run "emacs -Q ."
* In Dired, use C (dired-do-copy) to copy x/ into y/

Expected: succeeds
Actual: fails with error:

(file-already-exists File exists c:/temp/test/y/x)
