bug#25285: 26.0.50; Provide an option to suppress "wrote to file" messages

Hi,

This is not exactly a bug, but a request for an option that allows us to
suppress "Wrote to <file>" messages from Emacs. These messages are
distracting to the work flow for example if you use recentf and have
autosave enabled.
