Subject: bug#4769: 23.1; GNU Emacs 23.1.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin9.8.0, NS apple-appkit-949.54) crashes (case 1) with "Fatal error (10)Abort trap" or freezes/hangs (case 2) with "Fatal error (10)" when (accidentally) pressing CMD-q while the MacOSX Menu bar is active

Hi, sorry it's taken so long for someone to respond to this bug report.
I can't reproduce this in Emacs 25. Are you able to reproduce it in a
recent version of Emacs?
