M-x octave mode
But they are not.
Looks like the file got renamed.
Here's how I fixed it:
$cd /usr/local/Cellar/emacs/24.5/share/emacs/24.5/lisp/progmodes
$mv octave.el.gz octave-mod.el.gz
$mv octave.elc octave-mod.elc
I didn't see the authors other 2 files in distribution though.
