bug#18016: 24.4.50; buffer menu

From: Rüdiger Sonderfeld
Subject: bug#18016: 24.4.50; buffer menu
Date: Tue, 29 Jul 2014 16:31:39 +0200
User-agent: KMail/4.13.2 (Linux/3.13.0-30-generic; KDE/4.13.2; x86_64; ; )

Fixed in r117607 in trunk.

I'm not sure if the change caused issues elsewhere. I simply updated the code
to no longer add the additional nil in front of the lambda. This is no longer
supported due to the change to `get_keyelt'.

Regards,
Rüdiger
