window--resizable-p first called with PIXELWISE set to nil:

delta: 17
window-max-delta: 17

window--resizable-p called with PIXELWISE set to t:

delta: 306
window-max-delta: 17

I can't get those because C-c C-e wait for a keyboard input.

You can try this easily:

C-f ~/test.org RET
C-c C-e
