bug#16376: 24.3.50; (emacs) `Mouse Commands' incorrect for `mouse-yank-a

From: Drew Adams
Subject: bug#16376: 24.3.50; (emacs) `Mouse Commands' incorrect for `mouse-yank-at-click'
Date: Mon, 6 Jan 2014 14:28:07 -0800 (PST)

The doc says "Alternatively, you can rebind `Mouse-2' to
`mouse-yank-at-click', which performs a yank at point."

That's wrong. As the command name indicates, it does not yank at point, but at
the position where you click.
