Subject line says it all.  How about linking to (elisp) `Killing Emacs'
from (emacs) `Exiting'?  I see some novice users trying to fiddle to
make Emacs do something before quitting - e.g., this question:

In GNU Emacs (i686-pc-mingw32)
 of 2013-09-20 on LEG570
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 6.1.7601
Configured using:
