bug#15391: 24.3; sql-connection-alist customize interface sets CONNECTION as string; docstring specifies symbol.

The docstring says:

> sql-connection-alist is a variable defined in `sql.el'.
>
> Documentation:
> An alist of connection parameters for interacting with a SQL product.
> Each element of the alist is as follows:
>
>   (CONNECTION (SQL-VARIABLE VALUE) ...)
>
> Where CONNECTION is a symbol identifying the connection

If you use customize to edit the variable, it sets CONNECTION to a string.

I don't know whether that's a bug with customize (that might cause
problems elsewhere if other code expects a symbol?), or if it's the
documentation that's incorrect, but something presumably needs
changing here.
