Backtraces differ a bit, but the root cause is probably the same.  But both use 
Gtk+, which may mean that the timing issue is in the Gtk+-libraries.  Maybe the 
best thing is to ignore BadWindow on SetInputFocus.  If there really is 
something terrible wrong with a window, there will surely be other BadWindow 
errors.
