Hmm, the below variant is perhaps clearer?

It expands into:

#include <windows.h>
#include <usp10.h>

int
main ()
{
  PIMAGE_SECTION_HEADER pSection = IMAGE_FIRST_SECTION(pHeader);
  return 0;
}
