Because I forget to handle this case ;-).
Here the patch modified that handle this.

I want to only suppress the use of:
(copy-directory "/sudo:host:/home/user/Test" "/home/user/Test")
or
(copy-directory "/sudo:host:/home/user/Test" "/sudo:host:/home/user/Test")
