I know. Frankly, I'd be inclined to just remove the command. I don't
think Emacs needs a "take a random quotation from a database (database
not supplied) and feed it to Eliza" command. I think the concept may
just be _too_ hilarious.

And the idea "hey, let's write our own quotes" has been floated before
and is dumb, IMO.
