bug#9413: 24.0.50; crash in x-show-tip

Hi.

It might be another library that emacs links in that calls xmlCleanupParser.
Can you start it in the debugger and put a breakpoint on xmlCleanupParser and 
see if it hets called?

Does this happen all the time or just sometimes?
