bug#6265: 24.0.50; eldoc don't update when moving cursor on same line

Hi,
emacs -Q
M-x eldoc-mode

In the scratch buffer or any .el file, start writing:

(fun1 (fun2 (fun3 (fun4

While writing, eldoc work as expected but, when cursor is at fun4, when i
move back to fun3, eldoc is not updated, (e.g fun3 documentation is not
show) until i move to precedent line or next line and come back to
initial position.
