Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug.  If you can, give
a recipe starting from `emacs -Q':

Start emacs with the -Q option. Use the Options menu to set the default font 
to Lucida Console. Lay the mouse pointer over any button on the
toolbar. The descenders are missing from all the letters. The same applies 
to menu tooltips.

If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
   `bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
