I still haven't heard anybody say they can reproduce this.
Anybody still use 15" monitors in 1024x768 mode?
With icewm or lxde, there comes up emacs -Q, with its modeline and
minibuffer completely underneath the toolbar.
The first time user is aghast.
I see size 14 fonts were used.
