every few minutes I get this annoying question:
<filename> changed on disk; really edit the buffer?

This is from `ask-user-about-supersession-threat'.

I'm absolutely sure that no other program is using
this file.

Does this happen since the DST change (saturday/sunday) or did it
happen before?

Does it go away when you touch the file in question, that is, set
its modification time to now.
