I suppose that should have been sent to emacs-devl@gnu.org or wherever
CVS bug reports go.

Indeed, in Emacs 21.3 none of these commands have "*" in their
`interactive' spec:

mouse-kill
mouse-yank-at-click
mouse-yank-secondary
mouse-kill-secondary
