Emacs for HP-UX 11.23

To whom it may concern,

My customer has asked for emacs to be installed on HP-UX 11.23.

The developer is having trouble with the local installation scripts.

A) Is there a location emacs already compiled for 11.23
B) Is there install instructions available with the source code so my
developer can accomplish a successful installation of emac and xemacs on
HP-UX 11.23

Any information to direct me to a solution will be very helpful.
