elide-head: entry missing in elide-head-headers-to-hide

The variable elide-head-headers-to-hide contains three entries.
The notice for the GNU license has two incarnations though: one
referring to the address in Boston, and the other one in
Cambridge.  It would be nice to add the latter one too, for
completeness ...
