search not stopped by emacsclient

say you are searching C-s bla
and then you switch to another x window and do emacsclient.
well, you are still searching, as C-s doesn't start fresh, but keeps
on searching... i say start fresh.

hmm, there are probably more states that should be interrupted by
emacsclient, especially as there is no sign on the screen that you are
still doing them....

maybe various minibuffer input...
yes C-x C-f waiting for input and you start emacsclient... quite
freaky looking.
