PCL-CVS gets its configuration from the CVS preference file, which is
usually ~/.cvsrc. Mine is, for example:
cvs -z3
checkout -P
update -P -d
If you change this file, you can use the `cvs-reread-cvsrc' command to
update your settings; without having to stop Emacs or unload pcvs.
