This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.
Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
On upgrading to Emacs 21.2.1 (I think as part of an upgrade to Red Hat
7.3 GNU/Linux from 7.2--it's not my system so I'm not sure how this
upgrade happened), I find my copy of calc.el that I installed earlier
has stopped working. Pressing any digit key (like "3") produces the
error message "[bad format]". Anyone encountered this already?
It's possible that it's some kind of local problem, or something
already known that there's a fix for. I haven't tried reinstalling
calc.el or checking whether there's a new version.
