That's the obvious first thing I tried...but on my Win2k machine...Opera
doesn't seem to grok the exact same arguements as netscape...it barfs with
an error....I have better luck with:

(setq browse-url-browser-function (quote browse-url-default-windows-browser))

and let the windows figure it out...
