compile: Suspicious line 46. Save anyway? (y or n) again

Sorry, we've been thru this before.  I however remember no crushing
admission of something being not optimal by the emacs authors.
Instead I was told that everybody knows to hit ^G at that point.

You do M-x compile.  You get this message regarding your makefile:
Suspicious line 46.  Save anyway? (y or n)

Answering y means run make even with the suspicious line, never mind
that the brake light warning indicator is flashing, there is smoke
pouring out, never mind.

Answering n means run make on the old makefile.  Never mind that the
whole point of the emacs editor is to edit files because the file had
something that we wanted to edit before running make on it.

Suspicious line 46.  Save anyway? (y or n)
that's what it says, not
Suspicious line 46.  Save anyway? (y, n, q, or ?)
