That is what I tried to do.  I just checked that list again and couldn't
find any item that I missed in my report; please be more specific about
what details you mean.

One error message pops up during startup; after that, when I set
debug-on-error and invoke emacs-version manually, I get the backtrace I
included (if I don't set debug-on-error, emacs-version gives an error
message that is exactly identical to the one at startup).  I did say
this in my original report, but apparently not clearly enough.
