Subject: gnus-summary buffer limiting: missing necessary inverse actions

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the address@hidden mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

The gnus-summary buffer has the following bindings for limiting
articles:

/ C gnus-summary-limit-mark-excluded-as-read
/ c gnus-summary-limit-exclude-childless-dormant
/ E gnus-summary-limit-include-expunged
/ x gnus-summary-limit-to-extra
/ t gnus-summary-limit-to-age
/ d gnus-summary-limit-exclude-dormant
/ T gnus-summary-limit-include-thread
/ D gnus-summary-limit-include-dormant
/ * gnus-summary-limit-include-cached
/ v gnus-summary-limit-to-score
/ M gnus-summary-limit-exclude-marks
/ m gnus-summary-limit-to-marks
/ u gnus-summary-limit-to-unread
/ a gnus-summary-limit-to-author
/ s gnus-summary-limit-to-subject
/ w gnus-summary-pop-limit
/ n gnus-summary-limit-to-articles
/ / gnus-summary-limit-to-subject

Each of the above items, such as gnus-summary-limit-to-subject, should
include an inverse. That is, there should be a way to both include AND
exclude particular subjects, dates, etc. Another example, .*-to-author
should have an inverse which excludes a particular author rather than
only including.
