And, BTW, this is the exact same behavior as with the older scrollbar
in Emacs-20. So if what you see is different from what you used to see
in Emacs-20 (except for the cheesy pseudo-3d effect), please try
to describe in what way it's different.

PS: Maybe it's related to the other guy who saw different behavior between
21.0.106 and 21.1.
