cosmetical: loading desktop should disable initial mesage

Hallo,

I have enabled automatic loading of desktop file.
After startup, desktop is correctly loaded, but over last loaded file is
displayed initial message.

The problem is purely cosmetical - even if initial message is enabled,
it should not be displayed, if desktop is loaded.

How to repeat:
customize and set desktop-enable
open any files
M-x save-desktop
exit emacs
start emacs without args

P. S.: Emacs 21 is really much intuitive than Emacs 20.
