Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Emacs is supposed to keep the cursor out of displayed images (as long
as disable-point-adjustment and global-disable-point-adjustment are
non-nil).  This works for text properties, it does not work for

Evaluate the file sent within.  Use cursor left to walk over the
images.  The second image "blocks" while the cursor moves through the
overlay, the first image "teleports" the cursor across in a single
