differentiating purposly non-saved files

This idea was mainly addressing gnus's warnings, but may have general
applications to emacs, hence I'll post it here too.

Consider what happens when one makes a mistake, and then deliberately
quits out of gnus with a Q, not a q, in order not to make the mistake
permanent.

Now consider what happens two days later when the user starts up gnus
again.  He is confronted with 'there is an autosave file which is
newer, do you want to use it?' etc.  The user doesn't remember how
that got there and thinks, oh, perhaps power was cut or something, and
thus says 'yes', and the mistake he wanted to avoid becomes permanent!

Therefore gnus, and maybe emacs itself, should differentiate between
deliberately unsaved files and those due to hangups/accidents [if it
doesn't so differentiate already].  The idea would be to greet the
user with a new message "You purposely didn't save that file last
time, I'm just reminding you, that's all, OK?" etc. with a y-or-n-p
just to make sure the message didn't get seen.
