Let's discuss the case of C-x 0 when there's only one window on the
screen. Why have it signal "Attempt to delete minibuffer or sole
ordinary window" when it could instead do the same as C-x b RET
This would certainly get the user where he wants to go with one less
keystroke too. The user obviously is indicating "get this buffer out
of my face". Let's give him what he wants.
