GNU Chess needs a "very easy" mode

Hi,

GNU Chess is used as AI by glChess in GNOME, and we quite frequently get 
bugreports that the AI is too difficult. Is there a way to force GNU Chess 
to be very easy on human players? (The easy and depth 1 options are not 
enough). For example make GNU Chess make deliberate mistakes at random.
