Please supply the game score of any game you think has an incorrect
result. With the version of the software in use. Ideally indicate if
this can be reproduced with version 5.07 of GNU Chess.

It sounds like you are falling foul of the three fold repetition rule.

GNU Chess doesn't make any comments, I think you may need to check who
supplied you your software and get back to them, as I suspect this is a
feature of the interface and not the chess engine.
