Unfortunately due to the enormous number of e-mails received and limited
resources, we are unable to respond individually to all players' e-mail 
inquiries at this time.  However, we can assure you that if you are 
writing in regards to a game or games being down or not functioning 
properly on our end, we are working to resolve the issue(s).  Also, if 
your e-mail was in regards to being unregistered from Flipside Network, 
we'll make that change for you.

If you are having a technical issue with a particular game, we strongly 
urge you to visit our Help Center at http://help.flipside.com.  At the 
top of the page there will be several tabs including FREQUENT QUESTIONS,
SYSTEM STATUS, TOP 20 PROBLEMS, and ADVANCED USERS PAGE.  Within each 
tab are a number of various issues and suggestions on how to go about 
solving those issues.  We are confident that you will be able to find 
the answer to your question or concern there.

If your e-mail is in regards to our subscription services, including 
Prize Bot and/or EZ Picks or you are questioning the charge on your 
credit card, please visit http://www.flipside.com/myaccount/sendproblems.asp
and select the Bot Subscription button under step 2 and tell us what the
problem is so that we can assist you.  It's important that you include 
as much information as possible, including your screen name with us and 
your registered e-mail address.  Someone will get back to you as soon as
possible regarding your issue.

If your problem is related to a prize that you didn't receive or a bingo
win that you weren't recognized as a winner, please visit 
http://www.flipside.com/myaccount/sendproblems.asp
and select the Prize Claim button under step 2 and tell us what the 
problem is so that we can assist you.  It's important that you include 
as much information as possible, including your screen name with us and 
your registered e-mail address.  Someone will get back to you as soon as
possible regarding your issue.

If you are writing in regards to being removed from our e-mail 
newsletters, please visit http://www.flipside.com/myaccount/email_settings.asp
where you can make those changes.  This will remove you from any 
Flipside Network related e-mails being sent to you.  Please note that we
are not able to remove you from e-mail lists that other companies may 
have you on.  If you are receiving e-mails from other companies, you 
will need to contact them or follow the instructions within the e-mail 
on how to unsubscribe from their e-mails.  We are not responsible for 
e-mails that are being sent to you from other companies.

If you are writing in regards to the Hoyle games that were formerly on 
Uproar and Virtual Vegas, we are sorry to announce that the Hoyle Games 
are temporarily unavailable as they are being transitioned back to 
Sierra.   However, Uproar is in the process of introducing new 
multiplayer head-to-head games that you can play for FREE with your 
friends to earn MORE iCoins.  

Right now you can play your favorites; Backgammon, Spades, Checkers, and
Parchisi. Uproar has also recently launched some NEW multiplayer games 
to keep the action fresh and exciting.  Enjoy a game of pool in Planet
