Evil nanosleep hack committed to GNU Chess CVS

I stuck a 50000000 nanosecond sleep in wait_for_input, in lieu
of someone sending me a "Posix threads for dummy's (well IQ less
than 170)" document.

The program no longer eats 50% of my CPU when in easy mode and
not thinking, it's a hack, but thanks to POSIX it should be a
portable hack ;-)

The pondering version seems to be playing a lot better chess to
me, subjective impression, haven't had a chance to let it play
on FICS yets. Although it needs to master the center counter at
Blitz speeds - it plays Nimzowitch defence (1. e4 Nc6 2. d4 d5)
pretty well.
