Summary: Rename logs -> log-versions and log-ls -> logs
Original Submission: * Rename the `logs', `add-log' and `remove-log' commands
to `log-versions', `add-log-version' and `remove-log-version'.
* Rename the `log-ls' command to `logs'.
* Do a similar renaming of internal functions.
This is the change I posted about on the mailing list, plus additional changes
to the `add/remove-log' commands, and internal equivalents.
While doing this patch, I realized that things are more involved than I thought
-- the term `log' is used sort of schizophrenically within the tla source; its
general meaning seems to have changed over time from referring to the set of
patch-log-entries for a given version, to referring to a particular entry.
This patch makes the usage consistant by preferring the latter usage, and using
the term `log version' to refer to the set of logs for a version. This usage
-- at least using `log' to mean a single entry -- seems to be what's used when
people talk about the concept on the mailing list.
I don't know if this is exactly the right change, but I think that terms ought
to at least be used consistently (it was fairly confusing before, I think).
[I've also made corresponding changes to the documentation, which I'll post as
a separate bug.]
