Summary: DAV does not work over SSL
Original Submission: Hello,
I am trying to publish an arch archive over DAV secured by SSL, but have
discovered several flaws in TLA's SSL support (it appears to be nonexistant
even though neon supports SSL already).
1. The default port for https should be 443, not 80.
2. Even supplying a URL like https://arch.complete.org:443/test, tla does not
negotiate SSL with the remote host, and instead just complains "Could not parse
response status line."
