Summary: honor nested trees tagging methods & regexps during inventory

Original Submission: A full inventory of a multi-tree project currently uses
the tagging method and classification regexps of the root
tree during nested trees traversal.
The attacched changeset makes inventory update the active
tagging method and classification regexps as it crosses
a project boundary.
