Please check again.  If you've got mpf_init and mpz_fac_ui but not
mpf_get_default_prec and gmp_printf then you're almost certainly
hitting an old libgmp or old gmp.h.

You can check with "nm" the contents of the libgmp you think you're
using to verify what's in it.
