Dear glpk developers,

I’m using the R package glpkAPI that interfaces your programming kit to
R and I’ve encountered the following error in compiling the function
loadMatrix:



Error: Row index 'i[615] = -2147483648' is out of range!

 

I don’t think that the problem is in my data because I have only
positive values and “NA”s (maybe this can be the source of the problem…)
in the vectors “ne”, “ia”, “ja” and “ra” and I cannot understand where
is the object “i” that the program calls “Row index”.

Can you help me trying to find the error?
